An extension of the initial registration period has been announced by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. The deadline, which was originally scheduled to end on March 22, 2024, has been moved to March 25, 2024.
Prospective petitioners and their legal agents have to pay the registration fee and electronically register each beneficiary using a USCIS online account during this time.
The chosen individuals will be made public by USCIS by March 31, 2024. The application process has improved with the launch of new myUSCIS organizational accounts on February 28, 2024.
These accounts are intended to make it easier for organizations and legal counsel to work together on H-1B applications, registrations, and related paperwork. USCIS has launched Tech Talks, a venue for question, answer, and instruction, to help with the adjustment to this new process.
H-1B Visa Registration And Associated Costs

The overall cost of obtaining an H-1B visa can differ greatly.
