The Panchayat and Rural Development Department Government of West Bengal issued a notice on 27th February 2024. According to the notification, recruitment will be conducted at the Gram Panchayat, Panchayat Samiti, and Zilla Parishad levels in the entire state of West Bengal.

Selection Procedure For WB Gram Panchayat 2024
Recruitment of WB Gram Panchayat will be based on a Written Exam and final selection will be followed by a Skill Test/Interview.
First step: The written procedure will test the understanding of candidates on the matters of the subject. After qualifying for the first step, candidates will move to the second step.
Second step: Skill test will check how a candidate applies their knowledge in a practical setting and will also evaluate their skills to perform tasks related to the job. After passing this step, candidates approach the third step.
Third step: The final stage of the selection procedure is the Interview of the applicants.
