UP BSC Nursing Application Form – ABVMU 2024 UP BSc Nursing Entrance Exam has officially released the notification for ABVMU 2024 Application Form. Aspiring candidates can now apply for the entrance exam through the official website.
That’s why the application window was opened on April 25, 2024, and will close on May 29, 2024.
UP BSC Nursing Application Process
The UP BSc Nursing Entrance Exam 2024 application process can be provided through the official website after filling out the application form.
- General and OBC category candidates have to pay ₹3000 as an application fee.
- SC, ST, and PWD candidates have to pay only ₹2000 as an application fee.
The service provider can accept debit or credit card payments or any other online payment modes that are available.
Applicants need to make sure that all the information that is needed has been sent and all the necessary documents also since applications that are incomplete will not be reviewed.
UP BSC Nursing Eligibility Criteria
It is also essential to note that there are some educational and age qualifications that have to be met in order for a candidate to take the exam.
- Candidates should have successfully cleared the Intermediate level of education from a reputed institution and the subjects compulsory for the Intermediate level should be Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
- For general candidates, passing marks must be at least 45%, while for other reserved categories, it should be 40%.
- The age group of applicants had to be between 17 and 35 years old and every person with a disability (PWD) should not be beyond 40 years of age.
UP BSC Nursing Exam Details
It is to be noted that the UP BSc Nursing Entrance Exam 2024 will be held on June 14, 2024, in the offline mode. The examination will be conducted from 11:3:00 pm until 6:00 pm, in a total of three hours of class time.
Students should report to their respective examination centers an hour to one and a half hours before the examination begins and bring a physical copy of the hall ticket and a valid photo identification document. Gates will close at 10:15 am and no late entries will be permitted.
Exam Pattern
The entrance exam will consist of 200 objective-type questions, distributed equally across five sections:
- Nursing Aptitude, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, as well as English and General Knowledge.
- The topic of each section will amount to 20 percent of the whole question.
- A question is equivalent to one mark and no mark will be deducted for giving an incorrect answer.
- The questions will be of the standard of Intermediate( Class 12 and will be in two languages i. e., English and Hindi).
