MPSC Clerk Typist Exam Details 2024:
The Maharashtra Public Service Commission will hold the entrance test for the clerk/typist position. There are 408 positions available overall, and competition is fierce. It is anticipated that thousands of people will apply to take the test. There will be two sections to the exam. The preliminary examination is the first section, while the main examination is the second. Candidates must receive excellent results in both written exams to ensure a spot for the position.
Currently, Clerk-Typist and Tax Assistant positions require candidates to pass a computer-based typing proficiency test. The typing test will solely be qualifying in nature. Candidates for three times the number of positions to be filled in each cadre will be qualified for the Typing Skill exam based on the written exam results. When applying for the Main Examination for the Clerk-Typist Cadre, candidates can select the Marathi or English Typing Skill Test. The commission will provide a typing exam in Marathi or English, which the candidates will choose, and passing it is required. Candidates must also pass the Marathi and English skill tests to be considered for the Tax Assistant Cadre position.
Every year, MPSC notifies applicants for the various open positions. Candidates must ascertain what subjects to study and, more significantly, how to approach them. We advise you to remain composed and make the necessary plans. Applications are already being accepted, and the preliminary and main exams will take place in June and September, respectively. Let’s have a look at the exam pattern first. That is the proper way to begin preparing. Here, we will first examine the MPSC Preliminary Exam pattern.
