AVNL Technician Recruitment Educational Qualification
Junior Manager (Contract Design): Candidates must hold a first-class degree in Engineering Design/Tool Engineering and an M. Tech in Defence Technology with a concentration in Combat Vehicle Engineering.
A minimum of two years of post-professional qualification experience in related domains.

1. Name of post-junior manager (contract), Design
Shortlisting criteria- marks obtained in the final examination of degree in engineering design/tool engineering, weightage- 85 marks interview/trade test- interview for 15 marks
2. Name of post-diploma technician (contact)
Shortlisting criteria- marks obtained in the final examination of the Diploma, weightage- 85 marks, Interview- 15 marks
3. Name of post-junior technician (contract)
Shortlisting criteria- marks obtained in the final exam of NTC/NAC. [in case of processing of both NTA/NTC, the marks of NTC will only be considered for shortlisting], weightage- 100 marks.
Trade test- qualifying in nature- FIT/UNFIT
4. Name of post-assistant (contact)
Shortlisting criteria- marks obtained in the final examination of LLb. weightage- 100 marks.
Interview- 15 marks.
