The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) announced on 24 May 2024 about the counseling of COMEDK’s UGET 2024. Qualified candidates of UGET can apply for the counseling.

COMEDK Counseling 2024

On May 12, 2024, the COMEDK 2024 Under Graduate Entrance Test for Engineering courses was held, and on May 24, 2024, the results were announced. Registration for COMEDK counseling started on May 24, 2024, and will continue until a date that will be disclosed.

The COMEDK’s seat selection and counseling procedures must be followed by individuals who want to take part in counseling. Candidates are selected according to COMEDK merit and guidelines.

COMEDK Counseling Process 2024

  • Registration for counseling
  • Upload document for verification
  • After successful verification, candidates are selected to participate in Round 1.
  • Choice filling of colleges.
  • COMEDK will release a mock seat allotment.
  • Satisfied candidates will go further for fee payment to lock their seats and complete document verification for admission.
  • The rest candidates will appear in Round 2. There are a total of three rounds of counseling.
  • Candidates can lock their seats if they get desired colleges.

Eligibility Criteria For COMEDK Counseling 2024

Engineering
  • Must have qualified for 12th board exams or equivalent exams with English, Physics, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects.
  • Atleast secured 45% marks for the general category and 40% marks for the SC/ST category.
Architecture
  • Qualified 12th board with 50% marks (general) and 45% marks for SC ST OBC category.
  • Candidates must have appeared for JEE 2024 or NATA 2024.

 

COMEDK Counseling Registration Fees 2024

Candidates participating in the COMEDK Counseling Process, need to pay registration fees of ₹2000. The fees are non-refundable so be sure to make no mistakes while registering.

Procedure To Register For COMEDK Counseling 2024

  • Visit the official website.
  • Log in with your application number and password.
  • On the next page, click on the “Counseling Registration” option.
  • Afterwards, verify your details and pay registration fees.
  • After the transaction, upload all the required documents in the concerned size and format.
  • Review your registration form and uploaded documents.
  • Submit the registration form and frequently visit the website for verification status of your documents.
